“Great Value, location and accomidations!”

Courtyard Boston Copley Square

I stayed at this hotel last week and was very impressed by the size and comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness, the location and the extra amenities offered by the hotel staff. Being right in downtown Boston and within walking distance of the shops on Newbury Street, the Boston Public Garden and the Copley Place was a wonderful treat. It was even better that the cost was not exorbitant and the rooms were beautiful appointed. There were also great extras such as a chocolate fountain in the hotel lobby for guests to partake in on Tuesday early evenings accompanied by the movie Willie Wonka on a flat screen TV for the kids. I highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly look to stay there again. Great valet parking too - and no more cost than what the parking garage would be!

This Hotel is in a fantastic location and has a very helpful informative staff. They have a beer tasteing night we also had a choclate evening with lots of yummy choices. Breakfast is available with buffet or ordered items. Our room on the top floor had a great view and we could access tours or walk to two large indoor malls. Lots of eating choice from high end to fast food. We are a senior couple but lots of families at the hotel for weekend specials with tours of the water on the "Duck" The friendliest Marriott we have encountered.

Stayed a few days in June. Great location. Valet parking. close to the T. close to Newbury. Supermarket across the street,Clean room, very quiet, Alitte pricy but if you want to stay in that area, it's the price to pay. Would not hesitate in staying there again.

“Bad service”

I was deeply disappointed in their service. I was promised a specific
hotel room and when I arrived, they said they did not have those types of rooms at their hotel. The confirmation sent by the Marriot stated that I would be given the room promised. No attempts were made
by the hotel to fix the situatuion.

We stayed at this hotel a few days in early July.Everything was great with this hotel valet parking across the street, low vehicle traffic on the street, around the corner was a Shaw supermarket, the Duck Tours start around the corner also. Two blocks away was Newbury Street with alot of outside restaurants, a little pricey.T stop block and half away. Two stops to the Boston Commons and three stops to Fenway Park.Room was a nice corner king room on the 9 floor.Very clean and had a little refigerator did not keep things real cold.AAA package came with breakfast buffet every morning. The normal charge for the buffet is $ 15 dollars.Would stay at this hotel the next time we are in Boston.
