This was a horrible experience from the moment we pulled up. Our non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarettes. We requested another room which smelled the same. The room and grounds appeared nothing like the website advertised. The grounds were very dirty. The rooms were very small, dirty, and dark. The neighborhood looked dangerous as well. Enough was enough when we observed a percieved prostitute entering a room near ours. Luckily I'm in the military and Ft. Bliss was just down the road, so we checked out within the first hour, and spent a safe and restful night on the Army base. Would never consider this place again.

This was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. Fisrt no heat
this was in January then the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom.
The bathroom door would not close by two feet and the shower turn on
valves had been reversed making it hard to adjust the water tempeture.
Our outside window opened up to a wall of electric panels oh and our
non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and had an ashtray. TV
limited, and room was drafty . Their pick-up service was limited in
hours so we had to pay for taxi service to the airport but they did
have a lovely resturant. I was checking this location out to bring
tours to. If we stay in that area we will stay across the street at the
Econo Lodge which is a 4-star.

A lovely place to stay, loved the frendly employees, excellent restaurant, beautiful landscapes, very different from typical american hotels. Definitely a place where you don't feel like a stranger.
