We needed an overnight destination while we were driving from the Guadalupe Mts toward Albuquerque. We chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor ratings. Not disapointed with the results. A convenient location, the hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly and professional, the room was great. Nothing detracted from the stay.

Overall the hotel was fine, but nothing special. Service was good, but the food was average. The room I got on the second floor was very hot...perhaps it was located above the kitchen.
I had to run the AC at night which was rather noisy.

My husband and I went down to El Paso for a weekend shopping trip in Mexico. After a long day of walking and shopping we checked into the Hilton Garden Inn in El Paso. We were able to get a great rate on the Romance Package, which included a bottle of wine, cheese tray and a full breakfast. We received excellent customer service, a clean and comfortable room and a very good breakfast. We will definately stay here again when we visit El Paso no matter where we are going in the city.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn to be near the UT El Paso campus, as we were going to a football game that weekend. It was a great choice, as not only were we near the campus and the Sun Bowl, but we were close to all the pre-game excitement, tailgates. etc. The hotel itself is newly built in the last few years, and looks new. It's clean, neat, well run, and the staff was extremely friendly as we came and went. The room had a very comfortable king bed, a work desk, a large TV and a couple of sitting chairs. with a small table. The room was cleaned promptly every morning. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby and they feature an extensive breakfast (but it's not included unless you buy a package which includes the breakfast). There is also a lounge off the lobby with a big-screen TV for folks who want to hang out and watch sports events and such.The hotel provides free covered parking, a morning El Paso Times and free internet access. We paid about $98 a night for our room, and it was well worth the price. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the area.
