We came in the evening, and the outside seating overlooking the water was closed because of the mosquitos. The hostess was neither welcoming nor nice, rather rudely asked if everyone who is in the party showed up already when I asked for the table.
Waiter was excellent though, very efficient and professional.
Food was good, nothing special, nothing to die for, it was tasty and good quality. The menu is very large, and choices range from regular grilled tilapia to alligator eggs, so there is something for everyone.
What really amazed me about the place is the taxidermy. Dozens of animals on display throughout the restaurant above you, next to you... Our three year old was absolutely mesmerized. She went around to see every animal they had. the collection is not limited to any geographical region, they have bears, lions, giraffes, monkeys, kangaroo, bison head, etc etc etc. There is also a tank with live alligators (small ones) upfront.
Overall, unusual decorations that I have not seen elsewhere yet done tastefully on a grand scale.
