Wow! Where do I start? We had confirmation numbers for all our rooms but when we got there we were told we had to have a "contract!!!" Never heard that before! We had to find additional rooms at another hotel. We had overnighted a package to the hotel and when we arrived, we found that they had sent it back!! We requested a meeting room and when we got there....you guessed it! No room!! They wouldn't take our check even though they told us they would - and HAVE in the past. We are a tax exempt organization but they still charged us taxes even though we had our t.e. form with us as proof! We have used this hotel in Savannah/Port Wentworth the previous 2 years, but bet on it, we will NOT be using it ever again. We sent an email to complain and a woman called with accusations and blame placing but NO apology whatsoever. Worst customer service EVER!!!

This was our first trip going with a senior group. Our room were booked through our senior center coordinator. I called ahead with a special request for handicap access. The staff was great answering our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. Seemed to have been newly constructed. I am real picky about staying in motels/hotels. I felt comfortable with the bedding and towels provided. The breakfast assortment was good to chose from. We had a very comfortable stay especially for a non smoker and smoker. Our only complaint was not able to stay longer. Jacksonville, NC

We stayed for 3 days in February.

Check-in was fine and we received a room with 2 double beds on the 4th floor.

The room was kind of clean. Clean on the first look, but when you looked in the corners and in places that are not at obvious, you could find the dirt that was collected over time.

One light bulb was not working and this also did not change over the 3 days. The beds where ok. We left a personal pillow on one of the beds after the first night and the result was that they did not make that bed.

The breakfast offerings where good for the price. But the buffet appliances were sticky and not enough for the crowd in the morning. Again, no love for detail. Silverware (Plastic) was presented upside down in cups. Meaning, you always touched the part of the silverware you or the guy after you are supposed to put in your mouth. Next time, we would look for a different place....

This is definately just for a evening stay, not long term. We stayed Dec 26 - 29, 2007 and I wished I had a short stay. The price was ok, (we booked the room directly thru the hotel and received the managers special, buy two nights get the third free). The daily free breakfast was good, but the beds were horrible. I didn't sleep well at all. Our purpose for the visit was to sightsee and visit family and I didn't think I would stay in the room a lot, but next time I will find a better hotel because my sleep is important to me! The hotel offered free pickup for the trolley tour in downtown Savannah. We waited for a while and decided to drive to the trolley tour. Come to find out the bus to pick us up broke down on the freeway.
