We stayed 2 nights at the Gilman and were delighted with it. Our room was bright, cheerful, clean, and fully curtained. The bath was attached and lovely and we had a porch of our own. The kitchen and dining room overlook a beautiful city garden and the host kept her dogs on the deck outside. We were within walking distance of the university and will happily return.
