We stayed here after a long flight home from LA.

Before the flight we stayed near the airport and just had an awful experience. So we decided to just go with what we know for the trip home. Yes, it was about a 20 minute drive from the airport, but at least we know what we are getting when we stay at any of the Silver Cloud Inn's. A clean comfortable room. With beds you can just sink right into. I love that the parking is gated, not that it's going to stop someone who is really bent on breaking into your car, but it was nice.

The 24 hour pool was great to come to, since our kids were just wired from the flight, and it was a great time to just go down there and let them relax.

We got up too late to enjoy the breakfast, but if it's anything like the other ones we have experienced at other Silver Cloud Inn's, I'm sure it is wonderful.

If you are looking a clean comfortable room with great customer service this is the place to go.

We will definitely stay here for our next trip to downtown Seattle.

My girlfriends and I used the Silver Cloud for my bachlorette party last July. The staff was outstanding! They brought us up extra glasses to the room. The free shuttle made our time hitting the city that much better without one of us needing to be the D.D. The staff was just wonderful! Told us all the best places to go, and made sure that anything we needed we had before we even thought to ask. I can't praise the front desk manager (Christopher Greenway) enough! He really went the extra mile for us!

Based on previous reviews the Silver Cloud LU didn't disappoint at all. The 24hour pool/hot tub was a nice treat for the kids after a late arrival. The room was nicer than our room at the Sheraton Downtown two weeks ago and the Aveda toiletries were better. But the highlight was the huge lovely breakfast room -- the food was good (hard boiled eggs a nice plus for vegetarians) but the room is great. Lots of big windows and a variety of seating. Extremely comfortable. We were disappointed that the shuttle only ran every hour instead of the half hour but it was still convenient and the free parking is a bonus. We'd definitely come back.

My husband and I were looking for a little alone time. He just came back from Iraq and we needed a night out away from the kids. The service desk was so helpful...giving us great ideas about where to eat and some local favorite hangouts. We had a wonderful evening, even got to enjoy the hot tub since it's open 24 hours. The next morning, we had an amazing breakfast---it wasn't just donuts and coffee! An actual breakfast was available. We then went to the Seahawks- Bears game... (Silver Cloud has a shuttle...and saved us $40 on parking) We are Bears fans so it was a sad day for us. Other then the Bears Game---which wasn't Silver Clouds fault that they lost..the trip was priceless!
