*The staff was great! Very nice, and helpful!
*The location was great. A group of 7 of us went to see a comedian in Atlanta. We had a great time. The Suite we had was great and only 179 for a Saturday night!
*There was a Pub downstairs, and a bar next door to watch the football game before we went out. Also a liquor store and a publix only a block away. (We're college students...)
*The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed and the rollaway bed.
*The room was pretty quiet at night even though the balcony overlooked W.Peachtree.
*We all loved the room, the location, and the staff!
THANKS!

“Perfect in every way!”

Not only is this place charming, clean, and well run by extremely friendly staff, it's also perfectly located for any tourist and vacation activity. This place is just up a block and around the corner from the Marta train station, and a couple of blocks west of the Margaret Mitchell house, and one train station away from the Art Museum.
They have a hot buffet breakfast every morning until 9, and the suites are clean and feel new.
You can practically leave the car behind if you stay here, as the location can't be beat. In the heart of a business area, which means there aren't many people wandering the streets, it's still close enough to the public transportation that you don't feel you need a car most of the time.
I think most visitors will feel lucky to have found this place. I know we'd return here anytime.

Great price for such an amazing room! We paid about $95 on a Friday night for an incredible suite that had a separate living room and full kitchen. This property is within walking distance to many areas in midtown and we felt very safe at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and internet was free.

I could not believe how large the room was - this was my first Residence Inn, and a fantastic experience overall!

“Nice but had some issues”

I like this hotel - the rooms are charming little apartments with separate dinings rooms - very formal and not at all corporate hotel-like. The parking is extremely convenient unlike most Midtown hotels. I've stayed more than once but on my last stay, I checked in and went up to "my" room. When I opened the door, I was appalled to find someone already in that room!!!!! The front desk clerk had given me a working key to a room that was already occupied by another person!! The guy wasn't naked or anything but it was late at night and pretty mortifying. When I went back downstairs, the front desk clerk apologized and took a whopping $10 off my room rate as a token of his regret.

Still - I was not impressed with the security. The whole time in my room, I wondered if someone would try barging in on me.

All in all - I would probably stay there again as the price, location and charm of the hotel are all good. But it wouldn't be my first choice.

“Not bad... good central location”

My fiance and I stayed here for a wedding in Sept. 06 and found that the location was good and the room was just what we needed for a weekend stay.

We didn't spend a lot of time in our room, but it made a great "home base" since it's right on W. Peachtree St in Midtown. We had easy access to the major highways and it was minutes to Georgia Tech.

The room itself wasn't too fancy--the bed was comfortable and it was reasonably clean. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was nice to have it available. The view was ok--great view of a tv tower and the aforementioned adult video store, which was ok with us, since we don't have kids and weren't planning on spending much time in the room anyway.

The hotel elevator seemed to take forever at times and the walls seemed somewhat thin--we had the pleasure of listening to two women argue about room service in the room next door. The free breakfast was adequate--after all, it was a free breakfast.

Parking wasn't too bad, but the lot filled up at night. It was within walking distance to a Marta station, however, so one could theoretically stay there without a car.

I'd stay there again, but I'll probably check out other hotels on my next return to Hotlanta.
