The only good thing about this hotel is its location, since it is two short walking blocks from the Delta Center (Energy Solutions Arena), Temple Square, and much of downtown Salt Lake. However, the quality of the rooms is horrible but not unexpected considering their price. We used 5 rooms for a wedding and not one of the 15 people staying with us would walk on the carpet with bare feet, and we all showered with sandals on. There was a huge wet spot on the floor of the room I was staying in, which leaked through my brother's suitcase that he unknowingly set on top of it. When we notified management of this, they sent a guy with a huge carpet cleaner machine to clean it up, but it remained wet through our stay. The TV has less than 20 channels, and there were some seedy people in the parking lot when we arrived back late one night. I have to admit that the continental breakfast offered was surprisingly good, with cereal, juice, and bagels, but I would not step foot in that hotel ever again. Also, the advertised swimming pool was competely empty of water during our stay. The light switches were covered in dirt, and we only had a shower instead of a bath tub. I am working on forgiving my aunt for making us stay in this horrible hotel!

Rooms were clean. Day Management was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very nice with added touch of cereal and fruit. Motel is close to downtown. HOWEVER, being close to the Delta Center and other SLC activities is a major negative since the motel allows non-guests to park in the motel parking lot when there are activities going on. I had to wait for a parking space when I returned from my business meeting and there was no way I could even get close to my room! When I complained to the Night Manager, all he did was to shrug his shoulders!

Four of us stayed at this hotel for two days. The location was wonderful for being able to get around downtown SLC. Easy to find and close to the Gateway Mall.

Room was average comfort. Not great, but not bad either. The sink and mirror were in the bathroom so that was a bit of a pain as we had to wait for someone to get done with their shower before we could do other morning routines at the vanity. Breakfast had a good selection. Free parking was also nice.

If you are going for a Jazz game, this is in very close walking distance! People were parking further than our hotel!

Way overpriced for the value. My room with 2 double beds was a dump and for the 100 dollar charge I could have done better twice at motel 6! They advertise a 25" TV. OK big deal, if you enjoy their 12 channels of bad picture TV. Internet signal is almost nonexistant. The shower(no tub) was rickety and felt like it was going to cave in. The sink was rusty and the bathroom so small that you had to virtually back out of it instead of turning around and walking out! Paint was peeling from the walls and the AC was tepid at best. Go elsewhere and be happy!
