My husband and I stayed at this hotel after damage to our aircraft. The staff was friendly and helpful, delivering extra items to our room within ten minutes. The room service for our evening meal was fast, great food and the attendant was very, very pleasant. The room was comfortable, view outstanding, and my husband certainly enjoyed the video games supplied on the tv. Air conditioning worked great and it was chilly and raining out. Would stay again anytime.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel after using a site to bid on properties in the Albuquerque area. This property was selected as a 3 star property for $40 a night. It’s true that the hotel itself is a bit dated. It’s along the lines of a Holiday Inn or La Quinta. It’s not normally the same three-star caliber that bidders receive. For a quick weekend trip, it was fine. The room was clean, the service friendly, and amenities plentiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for the $40 a night price. Anything more than $80 and I would explore other options.

This hotel isn't the worse I've stayed in, but it's close. Everything is stained and dirty - the carpet is totally stained, the tablecloths in the restaurant are stained, the walls are dirty. The bathroom was not very clean, especially the floor which had hairs and red fuzzies all over the place. The bedsheets had a suspicious number of hairs when I went to get into bed. The mugs next to the coffee pot were filled with dust?!?! I tried to eat breakfast in the restaurant, and they totally forgot to bring me my food. I finally had to just leave hungry to make it to my meeting on time. Yuck. Pick another hotel.

We had to stay nearby after our flight was cancelled so we checked into the hotel for the night. The hotel does not offer air conditioning in the rooms unless it is hotter than 60 degrees, and you can only open your balcony door 3 inches, so it was very hot!! You can request a fan which we did if they are available, we got one but 2 hours after calling in our request. I've stayed at some bad hotels, even dive hotels that offered air conditioning in the room year round. Paper thin walls so you can hear everything in the rooms next to yours. Night staff was very UNFRIENDLY, overpriced food in the restaurant, oh, but free lousy coffee in the room. Stay somewhere else if you can.
