While our rooms were clean, it took 2 days to replace a broken TV, we couldn't receive a wireless internet signal in our rooms (319 & 421), we waited constantly for the lone elevator and only one of four ice makers was functioning. You're better off going next door to the Drury Inn (same hotel family) where the staff is very helpful and better accomodations.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past weekend. The service was kind, the free continental breakfasts were decent, and the room was clean and well appointed. Only somewhat negative comments are that the halls smelled a bit funky, but the room itself was fine. Also, we had to ask twice for the rollaway bed. I don't expect much from the hotels in the area, but Best Western exceeded my expectations.

Stayed for three nights while visiting San Antonio and the surrounding area.
Good location to access from the airport if you haven't driven in USA very often. Also easy access to city, malls and countryside.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Usual simple continental breakfast, plenty of food available eat as much as you wish.
Room was spotless and cleaned to the same high standard every day.
Excellent value for the money and will certainly stay again.

we stayed at this hotel one night last week. we walked in and we given a rate of $49.99 and tax. i would be worried about staying in a hotel of this price, but it was fine, good clean basic room and very clean bathroom with new shower curtain. the beds were clean and seemed farily new. there is an outdoor pool which is tiny and you can use the indoor one of the hotel across the car park, also the wirless internet as there is none in the hotel. local phone calls are free as is a breakfast of cereals and assorted breads to toast. the front desk staff all very helpful and freindly. for this price i would recommend this hotel without a doubt!
