“A top class place to stay”

Desert Pearl Inn

We stayed for 5 nights at the Desert Pearl Inn in July 2008. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for an excellent stay. The reception staff were really friendly and checked us in to our room at 1pm. We were in a top floor pool view corner room no.202 ~ great room with a large balcony, amazing mountain views and some trees by the side of the pool mean you are not on full show when you sit on your balcony. Room was immaculate and was kept that way when it was cleaned each day. We did not hear any noise from any other rooms. The whole property is maintained to a very high standard and all the staff we met were really helpful. We went to the pool a couple of mornings and had it to ourselves. One really nice added bonus is the laundry room, they have 4 washers and 4 dryers all quick and cheap to use ~ as we were cycling and hiking each day it was great to wash all our dirty clothes before we left to continue our holiday in Vegas. I would recommend the coffee shop as a great place to stop for a coffee or to pick up a quick breakfast.

I would thoroughly recommend the Desert Pearl and hope to return in the future

“Lovely Setting”

We stayed there in June 2008, and had a ground floor room facing the pool. The room was of a high standard and was very clean. The floors are wooden and the only problem with a ground floor room is that you hear the guests in the room above. This did not cause too much of a problem, however if you were going to bed early I think it would.

The pool area is nicely kept and there is plenty of loungers from which you can take in the lovely views surrounding the hotel.

As much as we enjoyed this hotel, we have previously stayed in the Majestic View Lodge in Springdale and although it doesn't have as nice a pool area, the rooms are better and there is a lovely restaurant attached.

“A great place for Zion”

We (family with two daughters 12 and 10) stayed in this place for 3 nights after seeing great reviews on TripAdvisor and as most often when so many people on TripAdvisor give high marks we were not disappointed.

The place is great!

Spend the extra money for riverside room on the bottom floor. We spent both late evenings (with a glass of wine) and early mornings (with a cup of coffee) in the Adirondack chairs to the grass out back, listening to the river rushing by and enjoying the view.

The rooms are modern, very clean and pretty big, the bed comfortable, with a small fridge, microwave and sink.

The staff was very friendly and helpful,

Great pool for lounging after long hikes in Zion .

Within walking distance to several restaurants.

The place for exploring Zion

Having read all the marvelous reviews about the Desert Pearl Inn, I decided that this was the best choice for our trip to Zion Park in June. It was terrific! We loved the view, it was a comfortable and attractive room (although I would have liked some firmer pillows) and the location was perfect. Used the shuttle to get around town and the park, took a swim in the pool, and was happy that there was an on site laundry. Don't know what the other properties are like in the area, but Desert Pearl proved to be the perfect retreat for us!

We stayed at the Desert Pearl Inn on June 22 for 2 nights. The room is so comfortable, beds were amazing. The coffee/gift shop next door was great. The pool was clean and never crowded. You can't beat the location to Zion National Park..so close to everything. Loved every moment!
