“Beautiful Location, Great Hotel”

We stayed here during July and could not fault this hotel at all. We had a river facing room on the first floor. Our room was beautifully appointed with a great view of the river and the cliffs of Zion beyond. Really nice to be able to hear the river while relaxing on the porch in the evening / morning. I'm sure the hotel was fairly full judging by the number of cars parked in the evening but the hotel had a real air of tranquility and peace

The room we had was large and tastefully furnished, there is a distinct eco-friendliness about the decor, which was lovely given the location

Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms and public areas, plus the coffee / gift shop which had a good enough choice of starbucks coffees and cakes

Finally, the hotel is close to the entrance of Zion, with a shuttle bus stop just a few yards away, and several restaurants are also close by, along with some small gift shops and outdoor gear stores.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Desert Pearl, would not hesitate to return there and would definitely recommend it to anyone

As soon as we walked in the door of our room, we felt like we could live there for a while. The room felt spacious both in square footage and in the height of the ceilings. The architecture of the building and the decoration of the room also made us feel at home there. Despite really going there to see Zion, being comfortable in the room makes a big difference.

I interacted with two of the staff (checkin and with a computer question), and both were super friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool, and it wasn't crowded. Having a refrigerator in the room was very helpful too.

“Great Stay”

My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary.
The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bed was double sheeted which is a nice touch. We also like the fact the room has a small refrigerator and safe.
The pool area was clean and inviting. The property was beautiful, and very well kept.
Staff was helpful, the coffee shop located in the gift shop offered fresh fruits, bagels and basic continental breakfast items for sale.
We hope to be back soon and be surrounded by the powerful beauty of Zion.

“A top class place to stay”

Desert Pearl Inn

We stayed for 5 nights at the Desert Pearl Inn in July 2008. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for an excellent stay. The reception staff were really friendly and checked us in to our room at 1pm. We were in a top floor pool view corner room no.202 ~ great room with a large balcony, amazing mountain views and some trees by the side of the pool mean you are not on full show when you sit on your balcony. Room was immaculate and was kept that way when it was cleaned each day. We did not hear any noise from any other rooms. The whole property is maintained to a very high standard and all the staff we met were really helpful. We went to the pool a couple of mornings and had it to ourselves. One really nice added bonus is the laundry room, they have 4 washers and 4 dryers all quick and cheap to use ~ as we were cycling and hiking each day it was great to wash all our dirty clothes before we left to continue our holiday in Vegas. I would recommend the coffee shop as a great place to stop for a coffee or to pick up a quick breakfast.

I would thoroughly recommend the Desert Pearl and hope to return in the future

“Lovely Setting”

Desert Pearl Inn

aberdeen

We stayed there in June 2008, and had a ground floor room facing the pool. The room was of a high standard and was very clean. The floors are wooden and the only problem with a ground floor room is that you hear the guests in the room above. This did not cause too much of a problem, however if you were going to bed early I think it would.

The pool area is nicely kept and there is plenty of loungers from which you can take in the lovely views surrounding the hotel.

As much as we enjoyed this hotel, we have previously stayed in the Majestic View Lodge in Springdale and although it doesn't have as nice a pool area, the rooms are better and there is a lovely restaurant attached.
