My wife and I, both middle-aged, stayed 2 nites. This B&B is owned and run by an American couple; it appears to be a private house that has been adapted into a B&B.
Positives: Immaculate rooms and grounds. Room size was large. A small restaurant, on premises, serves well prepared food. Spa services are available. Easy to book rooms/communicate with from the USA. Private transport is available to Mexico City airport at the going rate ($120).
Negatives: A bit overpriced. The walled compound has a somewhat claustrophobic feel. The property was a little removed from the center of town. Private tours available through the B&B were overpriced.
Overall: I think that this is an acceptable property. If I were to visit Tepoztlan again, however, I would choose another place to stay.
