Well after reading some of the reviews on here I thought I'd made the wrong decision staying here!
Fortunatly our stay was great the hotel was good so was the food although if you come down late for breakfast you will struggle to find a table.
The staff are great although the reception staff come across a little surly
Figuretas sea front offers some good restaurants especially the Italian
The prom has been cleaned up and cleaners are seen at all times of day and night. I would definatly come back again to hotel and resort
Sea view is worth the extra cost, if you there to relax. Ibiza Town is only 10 mins walk away.

Good:
- Clean rooms
- Close to restaurants and beach

Bad:
We booked a double room (twin bed/non smoking/sea view) room through Expedia for 4 nights here and at least we got a sea view room...kind of.

If you you are booking a sea view room because it is less noisy and has a decent view of the sea then try and get above level 2 otherwise you will find the rooms noisy as they are near the bar/outside entertainment and restuarant. If you're lucky you may even be able to hear next door flush their toilet and sing in the shower. You will also find that the balcony extends onto about 10 metres of concrete roof from the floor below, cutting of about a third of your view to the ocean.

Don't worry about requesting a non-smoking room because there is no distinction between smoking and non-smoking rooms. To the Ebeso's defence this seems to be a common trait amongst hotels on the island, we know because the day after we arrived we tried to find another hotel, unfortunately Ibiza is still solidly booked at this time of the year.

The hotel staff were also very unaccomodating. The worst experience was on our last night when the concierge unlocked our door, came into our room unannounced at 1:30am, waking us up from bed in the process, to turn of our fan! After getting over the inital shock of this I got dressed and wandererd to the desk to question this behaviour where I was met with "We had a noise complaint, I knocked, no one answered so I came in to turn the fan off". Well, that explains everything then....

This hotel give for a nice price, quality in service, nice food, nice programs for entertainment, its very near to the center of ibiza, you have easy access to everything, supermarket, bus station, nices beaches like Salinas and Es Cavallet. The rooms have nice organisation and are very clean. The rooms whit a view to the sea are very nice whit a nice terrace, good for a quiet night.
The personal are very friendly, I have to book for the next year.

We've just returned from 3 months travelling around the world and although we didn't stay at this hotel, I would strongly recommend reconsidering if you are thinking of staying here.
We chose this hotel from this site and was booked via our travel agent who then booked it through Gulliver Travel in London.
Upon our arrival, (8 weeks into our trip mind you with no problems what so ever), we presented our voucher and were told that we didn't have a booking here. Of course we argued the fact, but were told there was nothing we could do. So when we asked where to from here, the lady at the counter directed us to a hotel which was apparently 30 mins away (only ended up being 10 mins - always helpful when the locals know where they are going!). We asked her to ring the hotel to confirm and she said that it had already been done earlier in the day so everything should have been fine. Well, after getting into a taxi with 4 large suitcases, we get to our next hotel who advised that they too, didn't have a booking in our name. From there, we kindly asked them to sort out the situation, and they called Gullivers in London and directed us to another hotel around the corner. Bear in mind, this hotel - Hotel Real Playa, Talamanca, had nothing to do with us, yet were very helpful.
Turned out that Nautico Ebeso were rejecting all accommodation requests from Gulliver but were not advising them of this and just ignored it. So 2 lessons to be learnt from here, don't book through Gulliver Travel and don't listen to anything the staff at reception tell you - especially if they don't even know the town 10 mins away from their hotel!!
