This hotel was decent, but not at the same level as most HI expresses I have stayed at. The staff was not friendly. The breakfast food was horrible and non-existant at most times. There is not a lot...more

Customer service is non-existent at this hotel. They are completely unwilling to work with business travellers... I would pay double their rates to stay somewhere that actually cares about...more

i ordered bun ga nuong...bbq chicken with vermicelli. the chicken was so old that its texture was like chicken jerkey. the vermicelli was old too, they probably microwaved it....can you imagine...more
