Only hotel near the trail-head. Really outdated and rank rooms. No A/C and no screens on the windows. Probably unsafe for women traveling alone. Gentleman at front desk very helpful with details...more

No phone, nor cell phone service in town. (Verizon wireless) No clock, remote missing, pool water was very cold....lack of phone service might be a problem with elderly or people with medical issues....more
