Having booked in advance, when we turned up at the place they turned us away as they couldn't speak any English at all. Best to avoid this hotel if you speak any language other than German more

If you're black or asian, simply do not stay at this place. We booked as 7 people coming from england, we arrived at the place after a very long drive. The staff there didn't speak any english and...more
