Bistro Los Senderos is a new restaurant overlooking acres of parklands, clean and secure, and just a few minutes from downtown.  This new restaurant is a welcome addition to the town's growing sophistication, and an attractive alternative to downtown parking hassles. Extraordinary culinary wizard and somalier Chef Juan Jose Gomez apparently turned down an opportunity to establish a multi million dollar restaurant in Dubai for Modern Mexican Restaurant Group owned by Placido Domingo to head up food and beverage for this mixed-use community development (formerly known as the Film Colony) - he has been quoted by various publications that his reasoning is the company's philosophy of adhering to sustainable and organic practices, including a signature vineyard. Another nice feature is the availabilty of bicycles and horses for exploring the surrounding landscapes.
