One of the few places that still have Dim Sum trolley carrying the freshly steamed dim sum around you (vs. ordering what you want from the menu). Another plus is that it's facing the victoria habour so you can enjoy the habour view & yummy dim sum at the same time. The only risk (or the fun part) is that there is only chinese on the dim sum trolley. Quick solution is to order "shrimp dumpling"蝦餃, "BBQ pork bun"叉燒包, "bell pepper stuffed with crab meat" 釀青椒 from the watiers and they will locate the trolley for you.

Tea & Dim Sum for Chinese are like "bread & butter". This tea house is located insdie the Museum of Tea Ware in Hong Kong Park. Dim Sum choice is limited (10-12 choices) compared with other restaurant but good thing is all dim sum are vegetarian. You can also buy good quality tea leaves as souvenir and learn more about Chinese tea drinking culture.
