For an informal meal, in comfortable surroundings with excellent service, not to mention the fabulous steaks, choose Willie G's. 

The food is all important - the seafood, gumbos and steak are superb!  Of course, Texas is famous for steak, and it is probably difficult to find a poor one, but the presentation and the accompaniments make for a wonderful meal.  It arrives at your table hot and still sizzling, is cooked to you liking - not just under in case you want to send it back, and not just over because the chef doesn't know how to grill steak. 

The wine list is limited, but complements the food to perfection, and the desserts are ENORMOUS!

Even without the present exchange rates, these meals are excellent value for money. Don't be shy about leaving some - you won't be able to manage it all. 

It would be a lovely place to go with a small party - the tables are not widely spaced, and they have several booths for smaller parties of 2 - 4 which allow you to feel that you are in the restaurant, but are able to hear each other speak.   Willie G's
