Not a cafe, more of a pleasant little bar.  Plenty of Atmosphere and a comfortable mix of locals, tourists, and friendly bartenders.

They pour absinthe the old fashioned way, lighting the sugar cube on fire, and pour sazeracs and other New Orleans drinks.
