I am in my early 40's - live just south of Manchester - have two grown up children, a teenager, (who is vegetarian which can be fun catering for in certain places!) a stepson who is a toddler and a grandson who is a toddler too. (Added note: we now have a new baby grandson too!)

Hubby and I are from London, and our families including one of my sons, still live there - so we spend at least one weekend a month down South.

As well as holidays, we love odd weekends away, and rarely stay anywhere without checking it out on here first!
