I love traveling and studying languages. I've done several stints living abroad, the longest being a year in Mexico and four years in Japan. I also spent a college semester in London and a month studying Italian in Florence, Italy just a couple years ago.

Though I thoroughly enjoyed my younger backpacking days of whizzing through several cities and/or countries on a single trip, I now definitely enjoy spending a lot more time in one ciy and/or country getting to know the people, culture and language better.

There are hundreds of places I'd still like to visit, though I'm hoping trips to Vietnam, Patagonia, and Africa will happen sooner than later!
