I've always loved to travel ever since I was younger. I had the amazing opportunity to live in Europe while I was studying. I lived in Paris for 6 months while at La Sorbonne, and then 3 months in London.

Having traveled around western Europe, I will always hold a place in my heart for the culture and food I've experienced, but since the dollar's value has fallen so dramatically, I've turned to traveling in developing nations so that you can stretch your dollar further. Places like Singapore, South Africa, Egypt and Peru are exactly where I love to go. And despite stomach ailments, I've found that I really enjoy going to developing nations because it humbles you as a westerner to see people living with so little who are happier than most Americans with a huge house and 2 cars. It puts life in perspective.
